About Operations School

More Than Training.

Operations School isn't just another business training program. We're a dedicated community and a launchpad for minority and marginalized entrepreneurs in Metro Detroit.
Since 2019, we've been on a mission to reverse the disheartening statistics facing minority-owned businesses, empowering over 1000 ventures with the operational expertise they need to not just survive, but thrive.
Located in Centric Place, a hub for Black arts, culture, and entrepreneurship, we are deeply rooted in the community we serve.
